How can I sign-up and pay for Media Forward?
Memberships are based on monthly participation. To sign-up, visit MediaForward.tv online and follow the easy instructions. You can use “PAY PAL” or major credit cards. Your membership will automatically renew each month.
How long does it take to become a member of Media Forward?
After simple verification of your payment and processing, your membership will become active immediately, usually within 24-hours of sign-up.
Can I give a membership to Media Forward as a gift?
Yes. Providing access to Media Forward is the perfect gift for a young executive or a student studying the television, TV production, sports, sports marketing, communications or other related industries. It is an affordable way to gain knowledge and expertise. Sign-up for a friend, relative or colleague is as easy as sign-up for yourself.
How do I cancel my membership in Media Forward?
To cancel your membership, you can simply end your membership and it will expire at the end of the month. To do so, visit MediaForward.tv and follow the instructions online. There are no refunds or partial monthly refunds available.
Can I transfer my membership in Media Forward?
No. Each membership is for the individual who signs up and provides payment. You cannot share the account or transfer membership or membership privileges.
Do you have Group Rates or Large Company memberships available?
For membership groups of 25 or more, please call Media Forward and our customer service will assist in gathering the information needed for group rates.
Do you have Media Training Available via Online Seminars?
No. Our experts in the media training field believe that an effective media training seminar must be tailored to the company and its specific goals. On-site, our media training staff can work “one-on-one” with you and your team to maximize your time and investment. Media Forward does offer some consultation and follow-up via MediaForward.tv and direct conference calls or one-on-one follow-up sessions, done via phone, Skype or online.
Does Media Forward have on-site seminars I can attend?
Yes. Media Forward and MediaForward.tv will be staging seminars in 2012 at dates and sites to be announced. You can expect, at least, two separate seminars in each calendar year. By purchasing a ticket/admission plan to attend a seminar, you will be automatically enrolled in MediaForward.tv for a one-month trial. ($19.99 value)
Can I get a job at MediaForward or MediaForward.tv? How do I apply?
During the initial period of start-up and growth, Media Forward and MediaForward.tv will follow a carefully planned business model and won’t grow too much too fast. We will begin to compile resumes from interested parties, so you can email a pdf or your resume to: info@mediaforward.tv – No phone calls please.
